We providefiltered scRNA-seq matrices, protein fasta files foreach specie used to run SAMap and GenERA as well as theR-code used to generate the datasets and the jupyter notebook to generate SAMap results.In addition we provide thefinal Seuratobjects and all analysis resultswhich can be consulted without re-running the code.
