Software for "The canonical equation of adaptive dynamics in individual-based models with power-law mutation rates" (Q704)

These files contain the code used to perform the simulations used in the paper "The canonical equation of adaptive dynamics in individual-based models with power-law mutation rates". The files can be used independently to recreate the figures with a one-dimensional trait space, a two dimensional trait space or the inequality plots respectively. This publication is part of MATH+ project EF4-7 "The impact of dormancy on the evolutionary, ecological and pathogenic properties of microbial populations".
