This is a supplemental dataset to the VESPA manuscript Network-based elucidation of colon cancer drug resistance by phosphoproteomic time-series analysis. VESPA was used to reconstruct signaling networks and to conduct kinase/phosphatase activity inference for selected subsets of the following CPTAC datasets: CPTAC S037 (COAD) CPTAC S044 (ccRCC) CPTAC S046 (LUAD) CPTAC S047 (PBT) CPTAC S049 (HBV-HCC) CPTAC S058 (LSCC) CPTAC S061 (PDAC)
